tk baji Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with tk baji, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, gameplay rules, dispute resolution, and the circumstances under which tk baji may suspend or close your account. They should be read in conjunction with tk baji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

These Terms are written in English and shall be construed and interpreted exclusively in the English language. Where any translation of these Terms is made available for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy or ambiguity.

tk baji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where a change materially affects player rights, in which case reasonable advance notice will be provided via the registered email address on file or through a prominent notification on the platform. Your continued use of the tk baji platform following any posted modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated with effect from 1 January 2026. Players who registered prior to this date are subject to the current version of these Terms from the effective date forward.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on tk baji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either through tk baji or through any third-party responsible gaming programme that covers online gambling activity.
• You have not previously had a tk baji account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of tk baji, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

tk baji operates an age verification process as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. All players will be required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation before withdrawals are processed. tk baji reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point during a player's use of the platform, including immediately after registration and before any withdrawal request is approved.

Where tk baji has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, freeze the account balance, and initiate a full identity verification review. If the player is confirmed to be a minor, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned to the original payment method where practicable, and any winnings will be forfeited in their entirety.

Parents and guardians are reminded of their responsibility to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. tk baji recommends the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared or family devices.

To access the full functionality of the tk baji platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Article 2 of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not use a false identity, a pseudonym, or another person's details when registering. tk baji will rely on the information provided at registration for all subsequent identity verification, payment processing, and communications.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on tk baji. If you already hold an active account and attempt to register a second account — whether using the same or different personal details — both accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery function or contact customer support; do not create a new account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your tk baji account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other person's account. tk baji will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk baji customer support immediately via live chat. tk baji will take reasonable steps to investigate the report and, where appropriate, suspend account access pending the outcome of that investigation. tk baji accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

KYC Verification

tk baji operates a full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming best practices and anti-money-laundering standards. You will be required to submit copies of valid government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed. tk baji reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including enhanced due diligence documents for high-value transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on tk baji is ৳500 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard are subject to a minimum of ৳1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above ৳500,000 may be subject to enhanced identity verification before being credited to your account.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tk baji account balance instantly upon confirmation from the respective mobile financial service provider. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your account balance depending on processing times at your issuing bank. tk baji does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tk baji accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made by another individual on your behalf — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where practicable. Any account found to have accepted third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering return-of-funds requirements. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed same-day for verified accounts, with funds typically arriving in the player's mobile wallet within two to four hours of the request being approved. Withdrawals to Rocket or Upay may take up to 24 hours. Card withdrawals may take three to five business days.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must have completed the full KYC verification process as described in Article 3. tk baji reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests where the transaction exceeds standard thresholds, where the account has not previously completed a withdrawal, or where the account activity raises anti-money-laundering concerns. In such cases, the processing of the withdrawal may be delayed pending the outcome of the review.

Currency

All transactions on tk baji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Players depositing via international Visa or Mastercard from a non-BDT account will have their funds converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the card network at the time of the transaction. tk baji does not apply its own currency conversion markup, but the card network rate and any foreign transaction fee levied by the issuing bank are beyond tk baji's control.

tk baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, which should be read carefully before opting in. Where specific promotion terms are silent on a particular matter, these general Terms & Conditions apply.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by tk baji — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards — are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses on tk baji is 30x the bonus amount. Sportsbook free bet bonuses are subject to a minimum of 3x rollover on qualifying odds of 1.80 or greater.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) typically contribute 10%. Crash games and virtual sports contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates are set out in each individual promotion's terms. tk baji reserves the right to adjust contribution rates for specific game titles at its discretion.

Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting reload sequences, or placing offsetting bets across different accounts — will result in bonuses being voided and the relevant accounts being reviewed for suspension.

tk baji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including cases where a technical error has caused incorrect bonus values to be applied. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, tk baji will honour the bonus for that player at the originally stated value.

Validity Period

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds and free bets expire 7 days from the date of issue. Any unmet wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited at the point of expiry. Players are responsible for tracking their own bonus validity periods; tk baji is not obligated to issue reminders.

By using the tk baji platform, you agree to act in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Registering or operating more than one tk baji account.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are invalid and will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events on which you have placed bets through tk baji.
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino table games, to gain an unfair collective advantage over the platform.
• Using funds of criminal origin to make deposits, or engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering under applicable law.
• Abusing the tk baji customer support team, including through threatening, offensive, or harassing communications.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit transaction through your payment provider without first raising the matter with tk baji customer support and allowing a reasonable period for resolution.

tk baji employs active fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Player accounts are reviewed on an ongoing basis for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is initiated, the relevant account may be suspended and balances frozen for the duration of the investigation. tk baji will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of an account suspension initiated under this Article where the investigation subsequently confirms prohibited conduct.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your tk baji account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before processing a closure request, tk baji will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are settled. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened; you will need to register a new account if you wish to use the platform again in the future, subject to eligibility requirements at that time.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — rather than simply choosing to stop using the platform — should request self-exclusion rather than standard account closure. Self-exclusion provides additional protections, including suppression of marketing communications and prevention of re-registration during the exclusion period. Suspension or Closure by tk baji

tk baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A chargeback is initiated by the player against a tk baji transaction.
• tk baji is required to close the account by a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed by tk baji due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, tk baji will return the verified balance to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

tk baji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates without interruption or error, we do not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Planned maintenance windows, unexpected outages, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk baji shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tk baji platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming funds due to platform downtime or technical errors.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform that are subsequently shown to be erroneous.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising between you and tk baji that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure should be referred to tk baji customer support in the first instance. tk baji is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, both parties may seek resolution through applicable legal channels.
